Oh Macy, what happened to you.
I used to so look forward to seeing you on the weekend. Things are not the same in that place anymore, the magic has faded. I loved the way you let me join you on your cigarette breaks. You were so funny, I hope you didn't feel you needed to do that for me. The Macy I first met, those early times being around you made me feel like a VIP, I just had to be there with you every minute I could. Sometimes I didn't see you for weeks, did you even notice when I wasn't around? Probably too busy with those other guys, God I hated it when you were with them. I used to wish you could be with me all the time, how good would that be I thought. Tonight, I came to see you but you weren't there and I knew right away, that's it, the end of the road. No more Macy. They told me that you work somewhere else now. It feels bad to think it's over. Walking home I'm realising I don't want things to change. Even if I'm not entirely happy about everything, doesn't mean I want it to end. Now I'm not sure what to do. I mean, there are others to take your place, they're not half bad, it makes me think maybe it is time for a change. My weekends will never be the same, but is that a bad thing? Is it time I start taking myself seriously? Or maybe it's exactly what I need, to find you Macy and start again as if it's the first time, wouldn't that be something. If only I knew where you've gone. I’m going to start looking, and I’m sure that I’ll find you.
Hope to see you again soon, Macy.
